Giant Rhino Update

Our progress continues on the giant metal version of Robbie the Rhino for Art In Place. Luis is shown here with a scale test of the leg mocked-up in foam insulation board.  If all goes as planned the finished version should be installed before the end of the month (October). Photos to follow.

Like the dog that caught the car, we’re asking “what now?” after Charlottesville’s Art in Place organization  selected Rambling Robbie for the 2010 public sculpture exhibit.
